The cabinet was easy to assemble, took me about 1 hour and is sturdy. Our XL litter box did not fit in the cabinet so we had to buy a smaller litter box to fit in the cabinet but our 10 year old, 17 lb cat uses the litter box in the cabinet appropriately and loves his comfy bed on the other half.
