We purchase the VEVOR 4 in 1 vegetable slicer. The 1st one we received has an issue with the blade and I contacted customer service and shipped one out to me within a week. Customer service was great.
Make sure you look for the reply in your junk mail and create an account this makes it much easier to get all of the responses right in your account. I was unaware that you could get your messages right in your account once I figured that out everything was so easy. I just wanted to mention that for anyone else that’s having problems. I’ve already tried the new slicer that they sent out and it works perfectly.
I’ve also purchased a tomato press from them and that works excellent as well. I’ve had the tomato press for three years now and it works perfect.

Well built to do the job required. Size of input shute is uniquely oversized. It could even be larger.

So I am not sure what I was expecting. It doesn’t feel solid, the first couple of times it’s a little ackword. The cheese has to be cut in smaller chunks cause the hopper is little. If the sheese is soft,then it sort of sticks to parts like peanut butter. So there’s is a learning curve. Cut the cheese in chunks, keep in refrigerator or freezer til just before grating. Wow it’s fast. I grade the whole 1lb or 2 lb piece in less than a minute. Then I store it in a glass tubberware in frig. It,makes baking and cooking fast having it available. So I like it over all. It beats cutting on manual grater and risking your fingers.
