Orders are dispatched from strategic regional partner centers across the United States. This model allows us to minimize lead times and reduce the carbon footprint of heavy industrial freight.

Return Policy & RMA Requirements

Due to the specialized nature of our equipment, all returns must be processed through our Corporate Support Desk to ensure safety and compliance:

  • Authorization Required:
  • 30-Day Quality Guarantee:
    • Items found to have manufacturing defects or shipping errors qualify for free returns/replacements within 30 days of delivery.
  • Transit Damage:
    • For damage claims, photo verification of the item and its original packaging must be submitted within 48 hours of receipt to satisfy carrier requirements.
  • Change of Mind:
    • Non-defective returns are accepted within 30 days, provided the item is in its original, unopened packaging. These returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee to cover specialized handling and outbound freight costs.
  • Regional Intake:
    • Returns must be shipped to the specific distribution center listed on your RMA label.
    • Note: Our Atlanta corporate office does not accept freight; unauthorized shipments will be refused.
