Return Policy & RMA Requirements
Due to the specialized nature of our equipment, all returns must be processed through our Corporate Support Desk to ensure safety and compliance:
- Authorization Required:
- No returns will be accepted without a verified RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Please visit our support page to initiate a claim.
- 30-Day Quality Guarantee:
- Items found to have manufacturing defects or shipping errors qualify for free returns/replacements within 30 days of delivery.
- Transit Damage:
- For damage claims, photo verification of the item and its original packaging must be submitted within 48 hours of receipt to satisfy carrier requirements.
- Change of Mind:
- Non-defective returns are accepted within 30 days, provided the item is in its original, unopened packaging. These returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee to cover specialized handling and outbound freight costs.
- Regional Intake:
- Returns must be shipped to the specific distribution center listed on your RMA label.
- Note: Our Atlanta corporate office does not accept freight; unauthorized shipments will be refused.
