- Adjustable Powder Fineness: This electric grain mill is easy to operate with two buttons for starting and stopping the machine. In addition, a fineness knob allows adjustment of powder fineness from 0 to 50 mesh to accommodate various materials. Rotate the fineness knob counterclockwise for coarser powder, then turn it clockwise for finer powder, which reduces wear on the grinding discs.

The 3 KW pure copper motor features a power output, low energy consumption, and high speed but low noise.
Our 3000W commercial grain grinder mill is suitable for grinding all kinds of oily material, fiber/herb material, dry material, hard material, sugar material, and so on. It is widely used in food industries, processing plants, markets, farms, and homes.
Production capacity: 100 kg/h. There is a coarse and fine regulating valve to adjust the powder fineness(0-50 mesh). You can adjust the parameter while the machine is grinding the material. We recommend you to get roughly powder first, then super fineness powder.
The electric grinder adopts two grinding discs rotating and pushing against each other, thereby crushing the materials. The powder sleeve and grinding basin are precisely adjusted with the tooth curve to reduce noise and vibration. Three scrapers make the flour mill grind finely.
A large hopper with a feeding control valve is easy to control the feeding volume. The special discharge port with an iron suction device enables fast and clean discharging. Several vents improve the ventilation and heat dissipation capacity of the motor.

Easy to set up. Works great. Can set to crack or grind grain with ease by adjusting dial. Does leak dust out around grinding door, so I put a towel over grinder into bucket or tote and worked great.
