Got this for master bedroom functionality is amazing. Locks always from outside but has multiple ways of opening. Can always open from inside so can never be locked in. Using and really loving it. Great quality lock.

The instructions were helpful but in some cases too vague such as the size and placement of the batteries. My wife and I really like the fact that the door is always locked. No need to check it and we don’t have to worry about keys.

I really like this lock, but the instructions lack clarity. Specifically the Pin is mentioned but not mentioned. So you’re thinking, cool I have this extra thing to put in my toolbox and forget about. Wrong! you need it to press a tiny button on the inside part of the lock to remove the cover and place 4 AAA batteries into the device. By doing that you also see where the little wire from the front assembly goes. Easy to install after realizing this. The app is standard for apps these days sadly. It’s written to control a variety of devices and gets the job done. Nothing to write home about.

Seems to be operating well so far. It’s guarding a closet I don’t want visiting children getting into. I’ve enrolled mine and my wife’s fingerprints into it and so far it’s worked flawlessly. I feel like James Bond going up to the door knob and grabbing it to hear the lady tell me it’s unlocked. While it seems well-built, I don’t think I’d trust it on anything exterior.

This is an excellent smart lock at a great price point. Fairly easy to install, but screw was not sized correctly but I had one in my own supply box. Instructions are decent enough but could be better. I think most people will be able to self install with minimal issues.
