Really this little charger … Already used it twice. Once in auto mode and once in 5A mode. The auto mode can start out with high Amps, then slowly decline until battery is charged. The 5A let’s you control the maximum, the Amps still trail off as the battery gets charged. I observed no issues with over heating. Recommended

Right out of the box, it feels heavier than expected, seeming well-built and durable. I’ve used it to successfully charge a variety of batteries—including an AGM for a lawn mower, an Optima deep cycle, and a 12V LiFePO4—and it handled each one perfectly.
My only minor critique is that the display screen shows a lot of information, which can be a little confusing at first glance, but you get used to it. Just select your battery type, voltage, and press start. Simple.
Overall, this is a great value charger that performs well. I definitely recommend it.
