I needed something to use to chain off my downtown property. These are exactly perfect for the job. I drilled a hole in them and ran an eye bolt through the hole. I ran the chain through the eye bolt. It works perfectly and very affordable. I have bought many of these and they hold up and are vrry sturdy. They look much more expensive than they are. These were very easy to install and solid once bolts were tightened. The only drawback was there is nowhere on the information given that shows the size of drill bit needed to complete the install. I went and found one at a local hardware store. (3/8″)
