The cart is attractive at you walkway, entrance, or, at the street front. The cart is easy to assemble. The bottom grate may need some DIY attachment. The water is retained in just the right amount,and, released in a healthy fashion. Be aware when writing a review, the Vevor web site is not exactly state of the art. The upload image button does not function on a Pixel phone.

Materials of construction all high quality. Metal exposed edges folded over. Hardware package lacks lock washers, absolutely necessary for a sturdy construct. I used 1/4″ lock washers. Attachment of push handle may require longer bolts using lock washers. All metal is powder coated with excellent finish. Predrilled holes line-up very well. Correct attachment of wheels is not indicated in directions. Bottom wire rack is flimsy and does not attach to cart structure. OK with minimal loading. Maneuverability of cart is limited. OK if you are pushing in a straight Iine. I recommend coating the interior of planter with a rubberized coating to ensure long life without corrosion due to water exposure. I used FlexSeal White Rubberized Coating.
