I was originally skeptical about purchasing this drill as I was unsure of the quality based on the price compared to other mag drills but after reading the reviews I decided to give it a try and have so far been impressed with the performance of this drill. I have been using it to drill holes in truck frames I’ve been working on and it’s functioning perfectly. The drill came packaged extremely well for shipping but did have minor damage to the coolant fluid tank that didn’t interfere with the function. A couple of suggestions I have for use is to be sure to use an adequate safety strap on the drill when using, I have been using a 1” ratchet strap for extra protection, also be aware that the on/off switches for drill power and magnetic power are located in close proximity to each other and are very easy to confuse and potentially hit the wrong one. I would recommend this mag drill.

For the money it pretty good compare to more expensive brands. Cannot hold its self vertically, but if you are wanting to drill some holes horizontally its great. Motor is definitely lower quality but i have drill several holes in 1/4” this metal with easy
