They do the job but they did not come with the drill bit. East for me to install otherwise

If only I could rate this as a 4.5… The handrail, posts, bolts and screws – even the drill bit that was sent are extremely high quality. The 0.5 point deduction would be for the covers for the bottom mounting points. They just do not match the quality of everything else. Very thin metal and they come apart easily.
