Had this for a week, was skeptical but I have a terrible sleep pattern from 20+ years of shift work. After 1 week I can genuinely say I have been sleeping much better with this sheet. I feel I’m more relaxed and falling asleep faster, staying asleep, and sleeping better. The sheet itself could be softer, but I read it is the silver weave may cause that. If you sleep terribly, give it a shot.
