The Price is reasonable the only disadvantage I have is slider rail grabs quite often even after using silicone spray also the meat holder is kinda hard to use maybe I’m out of practice but overall top quality unit 😄

Purchased for slicing homemade sourdough bread. Works well for the price. Would be nice if it could cut slices thicker than 15 mm. The ‘pusher’ that maintains pressure on the loaf to keep it against the blade doesn’t grip the food very well so the loaf tends to rotate with the blade. Overall, it works well but is not perfect.

I’ve ALWAYS wanted a deli slicer. Just a childhood fantasy I let my adult person indulge. For the price point, it’s a good product. It’s a bit clunky to use. I wonder since it’s made for home use and mostly plastic, you really have to hold it down to cut properly. It’s also a little cumbersome to clean. I wasn’t mad I bought, but def won’t be using it as much I thought. If the alternate being a $5-600 commercial one than this one will suit me fine.
