I bought this for home use yesterday it is large but it is almost completely stainless and metal. The Bosch hone mixer that was stainless actually is stainless wrapped plastic and came apart while hand washing and has plastic that does not hold up to bread kneading not to mention smaller capacity but cost a couple hundred more. I am happy with my purchase no frills just basic low med high has mixer wisk paddles and dough hook. I can quadruple my recipe and still have room thats 8 loaves kneaded at once!

Seems to be a great product for the price. I only use it about once per month but it saves an enormous amount of time over my 8 qt KitchenAid (at about the same cost). I mix homemade human grade dog food and this lets me make one 50 meal batch of chicken and then one 50 meal batch of beef. That took 10 batches in the KitchenAid. I also make cinnamon rolls and can mix and knead the dough for about 80 rolls at a time (then freeze them) Super powerful and heavy duty and not too loud. Very happy with the purchase!
