The three speeds you see are actually for each different type of paddle. If you follow that you will not get a flour dust up. It is heavy and needs its own space. Make sure it is not on the floor as you do not want to be bending over all the time. Get it where you can pick up the bowl and put ingredients in. The bowl gets heavy as the more ingredients bring on the weight. Makes baking and cooking so much faster by being able to do multiple batches at once.
