This thing is awesome! Other than FedX delivering to the wrong address, the cat tree was received well packaged. It went together really easily and only took about twenty minutes. The cat is already checking it out and using the scratch polls. Another great product from Vevor.

I understand that some things are out of our control, and Mother Nature can disrupt this process, which I’m more than understanding of. It appeared, however, that my package was misplaced in a warehouse somewhere, as the “status” didn’t change for nearly seven days (when I tracked it). When I reached out to customer service, although very lovely, their explanation was vanilla and came off as a cookie-cutter response, as if they were talking down to me. Then it felt like I should be okay with their answer. When I pressed them further, the only suggestion they had was to issue a refund, which I did not want to do.
In the end, it did show up, but it took a little over two weeks. I was told that I would get a $20.00 refund for my troubles. I have not seen the refund yet, so I’m not hopeful it will happen. It ultimately seemed like their employees were not very knowledgeable, so if there is any takeaway here, I would spend some time working on problem-resolution tactics with your support staff.
