A thicker top, more robust framing, and locking casters would have made this even better. However, all things considered I have wanted and needed something like this for a long time. The clamps and accompanying pieces are helpful. I was surprised to find the backing plates used with the top have magnets in them that hold them in place.

The steel top and solid legs are high quality and worth the money. For my use, I elected to cut the legs so they were at a perfect height for my outdoor welding station. The oddity is that the table I got is not the one in the ad’s pictures. This is important for two reasons. First, the tabletop I got requires bolts and nuts to adhere to the support frame (which is why I didn’t buy the HF version, I preferred this one without the screws on the welding surface.). Secondly, there is no center brace under the table as there is in the ad pictures. This means zero center bracing of the tabletop, only a rectangle brace under the table that you screw together. It’s a small tabletop but I can already notice that the center of the table gives slightly. I’ll likely weld one on, but all the other similar tables have a center brace. Other than this switch in table design, the rest is good quality. TIP: When you install the frame and legs, put the frame on the tabletop first and leave the bolts very loose. Otherwise, the leg holes do not match up cleanly.

Has been a very nice addition to my shop. You pay for what you get so obviously it’s a cheap table but if you’re on a budget it will nicely get you off the floor

Easy to assemble, works well as a basic welding table. Connect your ground (earth) clamp to the table and make sure that your workpieces have good contact with the table surface and just weld! This is the advantage of having a welding table. And it was even cheaper than the same table at Harbor Freight!

The table itself is robust and designed with so many options. However, I would like to see the horizontal brace be re designed to accomodate more leg room for functionality and comfortability. Absolutely worth the money!!!
