Great House for my patio. I bought this for my large cat as a shelter for rain or hail storms in the Spring/Summer/Fall. Dimensions are correct. Instructions are easy to follow with pictures. All parts included with some spares. One person can assemble. Quality product. **The only con you need to be aware of is that when you initially open it and assemble it will have a chemical smell from whatever they painted/stained the wood with, but this dissipates in time, especially if placed outside (I assume the smell is so strong at first because it’s packaged right after its treated)** That aside it has two doorways with overhangs and acrylic split door pieces for both (optional) and a large bubble window at one end with a trap door at the other that can be secured. One of the review videos for it has it installed backwards, it open out, not in. Hope this review helps someone make a more informed purchase. This review was not endorsed or sponsored.

My outdoor cat loves this! We are in SW VA and it gets below freezing. I used a pet heating pad during the winter. I love that there is both, an entrance and exit. She sometimes uses it in the summer but not much.
