when we first got this manual labeller and put it together I was disappointed with the number of different allen key sizes need to assemble it.
The biggest job is to actually align the labels to wrap bottles correctly and there is no manual to show how to do this but to figure it out alone.
I initially wanted to throw this piece of equipment in the trash or return it but then decided to relax and persevere and after some time, got it working really well. To the point that I didn’t want to change out the label size so bought another one 🙂
The different sized allen keys r a nuisance for sure – having a universal key size saves time and patience.
Also, having a proper English manual would be great. I have since talked with a number of other packing companies in my area and they have all complained about this – to the point that they have purchased the Label Wizards.
Hope this helps. I managed to persevere and now feel comfortable having one (1) machine for each label we use so as not to have down time.

The label machine is well made and designed. However, there are no assembly instructions and very limited troubleshooting instructions. The rewind shaft should also have shaft collars so the waste paper helps keep the labels aligned. I bought some two-piece shaft collars and installed them. It works well to keep it all aligned. Aligning and keeping the labels straight is the biggest challenge. I went through about 18 bottles to get it all right. Someone with excellent English skills should write some assembly and operating instructions with photos.
