This is my first homogenizer and I love it! It’s sturdy and easy to use. I also noticed that there’s VERY LITTLE air bubbles in my emulsions which makes beautiful creams. It was kinda tricky at first to start it, you just have to hold down the up arrow until it starts and hold down the down arrow to slow down/stop. Very excited to use this, works beautifully. Easy to assemble as well.
