The first start on this saw the recoil starter broke. I am pretty good at repairing things like this. I have repaired many recoil starters but the way this one is made it is near impossible to wind the spring tight enough to fit in the assembly without some sort of machine or jig that’s made for it. I called Vevor and they agreed to send me the replacement recoil assembly free of charge for me to replace it which they did and I did. However they should have given me some sort of rebate or payment for fixing a brand new saw that I’d purchased the 3yr warranty on. Also it took 2 weeks to get the replacement part but it only took 3 days to get the saw in the first place. That was a bit ridiculous!!! I own the smaller Vevor 25cc 12” top hand saw as well and I find it to be far superior in design , just not near as capable of handling larger pieces of wood, of course.

I am very happy with this little saw. It has enough power and works great! I am happy enough with it that I also bought a 20” 62cc Vevor saw as well. I’m not near as happy with that one as the 25cc saw. The only downside to the 25cc saw is I threw the package the chain came in away so now I cannot find the info I need to purchase a replacement chain and Cevor doesn’t offer them on the app that I can find.

I got the saw and immediately put it together with no issues. Put fuel and bar oil in it and cranked it. It was a little bit difficult to crank for the first time but it seems like it has a spring assist pull start that makes it easy to pull. Once started it eats. Made several cuts in a large log and it performed perfectly. If this saw lasts, it will be the deal of the century. I’ve cut some downed limbs and trees with it and so far it’s an awesome saw.

Really hard to beat for the money. Runs good and plenty of power. I have 2 now and found that you really need to upgrade the spark plug from what comes in it and a good chain really makes a difference. Overall it’s a hard saw to beat. Plan on getting a couple more.

Saw runs good however the rubber saw dust guide that resides in the side housing to guide saw dust away from the sprocket cane loose within 15 minutes. Vevor is anything we can do about this?

Well packaged. Easy to assemble. Came with lots of extras. Starts east and fast within a couple pulls.

The saw works better than I expected. At first I had a little trouble getting it started but now I have the right method.
I’m also very happy with the canopy that I bought and was able to install it over my back porch with only help from my wife, and she was also happy with how it looks.

Runs great, had to change the pull rope, but starts easily and saws awesome. Shipped way faster than I thought it would be, packed secure with not damage. I had it put together in just a few minutes and was out cutting wood.

I recently purchased the smallest of the chainsaws for it’s lightweight and convenience to carry in a vehicle. We had a power outage recently and I used it to cut some firewood and it was very easy to put together. It started right up and I cut quite a bit of wood. I went ahead and put in another order for a second small chainsaw and also one of the larger 20-in blades. I’ll write a review on the larger chainsaw once I get it and give it a shot.

Solid saw, cut down two tree’s with it and ran well. Uses gas fast. My only real complaint is that the plastic where the pull cord handle is popped out and it is wearing through the plastic on the side. Plan to email about getting a replacement part but have not yet. Overall, well worth the money.
