Detailed Overview

Q: Can this electric stair climbing trolley be used on carpeted stairs? What about other types of stairs like wooden, concrete, or metal ones?
A: Yes, it works on carpeted stairs if the carpet is securely fixed. It’s also suitable for wooden, concrete, and metal stairs, both indoors and outdoors, with protective pads to avoid scratching.
Q: Are there any specific requirements for the operator of this electric stair climbing trolley?
A: The operator should be physically fit and must control the direction of the trolley at the top, whether going up or down stairs. When moving large items like furniture, refrigerators, or washing machines, it’s recommended to have two people: one controls the trolley, and the other supports the load to keep it stable.
Q: Are there any specific requirements for the operating environment of this electric stair climbing trolley? Can it climb all types of stairs?
A: This trolley is recommended for use at altitudes below 1000 meters, with humidity between 45%-85%, and on dry ground without snow. Before first use, ensure the machine operates in environments above 0°C. Do not use it on stairs higher than 9.1″ / 23 cm.
Q: What precautions should be taken when operating the electric stair climbing trolley?
A: Do not overload the trolley, and never let anyone stand behind it. Practice without a load before using it. Read the manual carefully, and if you encounter issues, send us pictures or videos for assistance.
Q: How long does the battery last?
A: Battery life depends on the load weight; heavier loads drain the battery faster. Fully charged, the trolley can climb 1600-1800 steps on 30-degree stairs with a 300lbs load. Fortunately, it has a battery display, so you can monitor the charge level.

We purchased this to help with under counter appliances ranging from 100lbs to 500lbs. Actually used it today to move a 36″ BlueStar range that weighs approximately 400lbs to 500lbs. Handled it with no problem. Would not do it with only 1 person because the weight wants to pull you forward. Be smart and this will save your body.

This dolly came in like superman, I had 100 rubber rolls dropped off and it couldn’t have been a worse time of the year for it to happen because as we all know rental equipment is scarce at certain points of the summer year because of high volume of renting. So after these monster rolls were delivered, we quickly learned they were for the upstairs track and the only way was up 3 flights of stairs no working elevator in the building yet……… this thing saved our backs!!!!!

Very well made. Great value for the price and it works well. It was awesome effortlessly lifting a 75 gallon water heater. The center of balance takes some getting used to and the cart itself is heavy, but it is a life saver.

Got mine to help lift a hardwood floor sander up flights of stairs when I’m working solo. Used it to get a large armoire and fridgerators down some steps at a house too. Definitely a handy thing to have around cause I won’t be young forever. Hurt myself a couple months ago and realized a trip to the ER is going to cost me 10 times more than buying one of these. If you’re transporting it, I’ve had a couple of the knobs come loose so just make sure stuff is tight each time. Not a big deal. The charge on it was pretty impressive. Used it multiple times and the battery is gone down 4 percent so far. I’ll never regret having this thing on hand. Familiarize yourself with it a couple times because sometimes you’ll stop with the actuator wheels in a weird spot and have to rotate them to roll forward or backwards. It says you’re not supposed to use it on open backed steps, but if you’re careful you can get away with it.
