The indexing head features a long service life due to its rigid quality. It is designed with a mirror finish that is wear-resistant and tear-resistant and looks low-profile.
Adjustable Headstock
The dividing head is enabled to tilt from 10 degrees below horizontal to 90 degrees vertical. And that will be convenient if you want to cut the part from a certain angle.
Direct Indexing Plate
By turning the 1st level that extrudes the pin, the pin goes into the plate and you can divide the full circle into 2, 3, 4, 6, 8, 12, or 24 divisions. The other level prevents the spindle from vibrating during machining.
More Precise Plates
The high precision performance of the indexing head is achieved with indirect indexing plates A, B, and C. All divisions 2-50 can be done, but some from 51 to 380 cannot be obtained. Check the manual before setting.
Strong MT2 Tailstock
The MT2 tailstock gives strong support to the workpiece being machined. It is particularly useful when the workpiece is relatively long and slender.

The 5” chuck is a great feature and allows me to hold larger projects. After completing setup I will do some trial runs with it and will update my review at that time

The Index is worth twice the money paid. But if you expect to learn how to use it from the Chinese Instructions you will be lost. Your best bet is YouTube. And realize you need a good grasp of fractions to be able to properly use the Index.

This item works great, so far. Luckily, there are plenty of training videos out there. Price was good, based on others selling the same product. VEVOR has “zero” technical or customer support. Only emails with “AI”. THIS IS BAD FOR CUSTOMERS. You need a telephone support number. Over-all your products all seem to work well, if they are compatible.
