Sooooooo… I bought this because it was less than the cost of renting a tool with the same capabilities for 2 days. Figured even if it only did the one job but it took 3 days I would be ahead of the game. I was NOT nice to the tool, I worked it hard, leaned on it hard, and dropped it from a ladder multiple times when tearing out the first chimney. Tool not only held up, but never showed any fatigue or signs of upcoming failure. It does feel less “industrial” in its build quality, but that light weight is actually nice when climbing ladders with it. I would definately recommend this tool to the home person trying to save money and get value for the purchase.

I’ve spent over 20yrs using hammer drills drilling anchors in concrete hanging pipe for a living. This thing is a BEAST!!
I used it to drill holes in a concrete sidewalk that was entirely too thick and then used the hammer setting to chisel it into pieces. Incredible buy! In my opinion you should look no further.

Great tool, works great for small job. This model is a homeowner based machine, not really for the commercial world. If you are doing a DIY project like I am then this is a great tool for busting rocks, blocks, of concrete. I am installing a water line through very rocky soil and can’t really alter the path I need to take. When I hit a rock that my 1 ton mini ex can’t move, I bust it with this drill.
The set comes with everything I needed to get started – bits, instructions, grease and even extra motor brushes if you need them in the future.
