I had this carport for about a year when a tree fell straight down the middle of it. This thing was tough! It did bend the pole obviously but only the straight ones that took a direct hit but none of the welded connections bent. One roll up door had a couple of small tears from limbs but was salvaged. The top had larger tears because it took the brunt of the tree but it really held up much better than I expected.

I had a similar one, different version of sides, that was extremely tough. The old one held up much better than expected after a tree fell on it so I bought this one to replace it. I highly recommend them!

This is a very good carport. It withstood High winds from a hurricane. it’s not supposed to do that but I did not have time to take it down. So I do not recommend leaving it out during High winds. this is a very good carport and I would buy it again. I do recommend it highly.

Set up is easy! I am using this for a winter shelter to a vehicle and got a heavier canvas tarp for the roof, they say remove the included one in snow. The only thing missing to make it perfect is a roll up front door to close the structure. I only see a full set of replacement sidewalls and tops.

I saw this tent online and I was a bit skeptical. It was a choice between this and the Harbor Freight carport. I ended up going with this because it has the higher roof. After putting the frame together and the top tarp on, I was thinking it was not super sturdy. But after putting on all the side and the supports on all 4 sides I can say this thing seems solid. The tarp seems to be pretty good quality but I went to harbor freight and got a heavy duty tarp to put over the top to keep it protected. I also was not sure if it was going to have zipper for openings on both sides but luckily it does. I have this against my garage so I basically have it as an extension of my garage. I just set it up so I can’t speak on long term durability or how it holds up in the wind or bad weather but with the additional tarp I think it will hold up great. I recommend adding this, I got a 20x 30 extreme duty weather resistant tarp. The trap comes down on both side with plenty of slack to secure into the ground.
