I love tools. As a kid I thought they were boring and I had no desire to use them, but in my 20s I started working on my own vehicles and the DIY bug caught me. I now spend at least some time each work turning wrenches (or pliers or screwdrivers or whathaveyou). I figured out pretty quickly that having the right tool makes all of the difference, as far as the difference between “Project finished” and “Project is now 4x more expensive because I broke it worse using the wrong tool.” I’m always looking for upgrades, and while I already had a jig saw it wasn’t a very nice one, so when I saw this listing I had to try it. It arrived in a nice box and contained the jig, battery, charger, guides, and some blades. It all arrived in near-mint condition. This jig is much like my other in terms of installing blades. The setup is easy, just attach the guide and the blades and start using! The battery was partially charged and it fired right up when I tested it. This is a nice jigsaw! There’s a good amount of turning available, which some jigs I’ve used want to fight you on curves. It cuts well and fast. This is pretty comparable to some brand name units I’ve used before. It’s nothing life-changing, but it’s certainly a step above the budget models. Overall I’m pretty pleased with this jigsaw and plan to build some subwoofer boxes with it over the coming winter months.

I like this jigsaw. I already had a Milwaukee version in the M12. This one is a lot better than that one. It fits my hands awesome. I like the double click on off button, and that if you tap it once the light comes on.
