    I have used this mixer several times and I love how it works! The mixing spatulas and beater scrape the sides so everything mixes really well. You may have to scrape down the sides a little but hardly at all. I love this mixer because it handles my triple batches with ease. So much better than the brand name I ended up returning. Like I said, I love this mixer!
