They managed to deliver within 7 days of being ordered. The delivery people were great, they reached out the day before to confirm a time for delivery the following day. Item arrived well packaged and in great shape. Instructions to assemble were simple and took 30 min for 2 people to put it together. The protective film was easy to remove as well. Great price for this item, I was a bit worried cause I saved so much money compared to others I was looking at, but I’m honestly glad I purchased it. The quality is comparable to more expensive sinks I looked at.

This bath works great for my 100 pound plus dogs – perfect height – no more straining back – the dogs like it better aswell much easier getting in/out for them. Only thing that I’ve noticed that could be improved is adding a latch so the sliding door stays shut I’m to add one myself. Worth the money.

Bought this on sale for our setter. Appears to be built very well. Most of the unit is great. Nice construction and execution until you get to the faucets and the drain. Not wild about the faucet implementation, seems a little on the inexpensive side given the overall cost of the unit. The drain system uses piping intended for hot tubs, if you can imagine that. Pretty dumb and not directly compatible with normal N. American drain systems. A couple trips to the hardware store and we’re working, though I expect to eventually replace the drain with a fully compatible unit. The instructions on the faucets are very difficult to understand. The videos help but also are a bit lacking. The tub itself is great. The ramp built into the door is also excellent. My dog really likes this unit and is “peaceful” when she’s in it. Easy in and easy out. Our backs LOVE it now that we’re no longer doing lifting in and out! Much safer for us and for our dog. The instructions and the drainage are why this gets 4 stars instead of 5. BTW, shipping was faster than expected and went very well. Box had some damage but no damage to the unit at all.
