I would buy this again if i needed another one. It really works good once set up. The manual and documentation is terrible, but there are some youtube videos that will tell you how to set it up. Mine needed a lot of adjustment out of the box, and i almost gave up on it, but finally figured out how to make it work correctly. Once working, it is a wonderful piece of equipment, and now has revolutionized labeling my bottles.
