The only negative is that you must use the built in web strap to keep it closed while moving it. While it locks each step when they are extended, the steps does not lock when they are retracted closed. This make it awkward when trying to move the ladder when the ladder is not fully extended.

I like the flexibility this ladder promises and mostly delivers on. However, I ended up having to reach out to Vevor support about the flex at the ladder rotation point, which tends to sag under weight when it’s in full extension height, to the extent where I personally didn’t feel safe using at my 175lb weight, when climbing up to the full 16ft+ height. Maybe it’s just a matter of personal preference or maybe design flaw in the rotation point?

We needed a relatively sturdy but small ladder to pack for use with our camper. This ladder suits that purpose well. Collapsed, it is small and light. Extended, it rises easily to the needed height. Obviously a ladder this light isn’t rock solid but the ‘T’ bar (provided for one leg) is a game changer. The ladder is very shaky without it. Once installed it becomes much more comfortable.

I absolutely love this ladder. I bought it more for myself than my husband. I am a 5’4 130lbs and have no issues caring and putting this together by myself. I was able to get up on the side of the house and repaint the trim of our windows that are 10 ft above the ground. I felt perfectly fine standing on this. Great product for the price.
