I am well satisfied with the welding helmet I purchased, it is easy to adjust and I’m pleased with the speed which it darkens, I especially like the adjustability of the auto darken lense, it protects really well, and once put on and adjusted the fit is great, light weight enough that you don’t have to worry if wearing the helmet for an extended amount of time because it won’t fatigue the neck muscles.

After burning through (literally) half a dozen helmets over the years, this 100-letter auto-darkening welding helmet is pure perfection. Crystal-clear optics, lightning-fast switching, and a massive viewing area that makes MIG, TIG, and stick welding feel like cheating.
What blew me away:
• True 1/1/1/1 optical clarity – no more blurry green tint like cheap helmets
• Switches in 1/25,000 sec – I’ve never been flashed once, even on low-amp TIG
• Huge 100 sq.in. viewing area (feels like welding with a window on your face)
• 4 arc sensors – works flawlessly even when you’re out of position or grinding
• Solar + replaceable battery combo – I’ve been using it daily for 5 months and still on the original battery
