Works perfectly. Easy to assemble, gives my box turtle room to get some exercise when she’s not roaming around the house. I took her to the vet a few weeks ago to get her beak trimmed, and they asked how old she is. Told them I have no idea, but I got her for my daughter in 1985, but the pet store owner didn’t know how old she was when we bought her.
I didn’t use the legs, since I have the cage sitting on a table.

This is super sturdy! The functionality is awesome too. I use one for my box turtle and he loves it! He has so much room and can go hide in his cave to sleep. It was super easy to assemble. I’ve had a rescue box turtle for 3 years living in a 2o gallon fish tank. So heavy with substrate and awkward taking outside for sunning. This is such a great upgrade! Its like leaving a 1 bedroom touch the toilet apartment and moving into a 3000 sq ft rancher with bonus privacy area! And so super light even with sub and turtle inside. Do recommend either, silicon or hot glue around the base and plexiglass sides if using fibe sub material, or getting sub carpet because it will sneak out of those areas. Overall, the size, ease of putting together and definitely the price for this is probably one of the best deals I’ve found. This exact same enclosure, on clearance at several pet stores and online stores, again ON CLEARANCE, was at least $60-100 more! So YES I recommend and this little turtle hit the jackpot!
