I purchased the heater and thermostat set last winter. The heater is a lot smaller than what I felt was portrayed, but , none the less, worked as it should in my uninsulated greenhouse. I received the heater and I had an issue with the thermostat the buttons fell into the unit I contacted customer service they were very helpful and in a few days they replaced the unit and it’s been working non stop and totally heats up my greenhouse on low heat 800watts it’s been in the high 20s and low 30s and it has kept it at the set temperature i have it at and when the suns out it shuts off highly recommend.
