They managed to deliver within 7 days of being ordered. The delivery people were great, they reached out the day before to confirm a time for delivery the following day. Item arrived well packaged and in great shape. Instructions to assemble were simple and took 30 min for 2 people to put it together. The protective film was easy to remove as well. Great price for this item, I was a bit worried cause I saved so much money compared to others I was looking at, but I’m honestly glad I purchased it. This bath works great for my 100 pound plus dogs – perfect height – no more straining back – the dogs like it better aswell much easier getting in/out for them. Only thing that I’ve noticed that could be improved is adding a latch so the sliding door stays shut I’m to add one myself. Worth the money.

It’s easy to use. I feels sturdy when I bath the dogs. I’ve bathed a Standard Poodle, and two sturdy Labradoodles.

The door is not snug which means it rattles like non stop. I’m going to get some weather stripping to see if that does it. I wish the leads were height adjustable. Big dogs and small it is either too tight or too loose or can’t be used at all, in which case I use one of my homemade ties. I wish it had the external loops to tie them to. There are some sharp edges to watch out for. I’ve cut myself a few times when I have a jumpy client. ALSO, the secondary drain catch doesnt seem to catch anything. It does overflow and make a huge mess every time i empty it.. it could be improved.
On the plus side, I love it! It saves my back in a HUGE WAY! I love that I can adjust it to the perfect height every time, easily! It wasn’t too difficult to assemble, though you do have to really pay attention. Be prepared to spend a few hours for assembly. Take your time to follow each step. Worth it!
