It makes a really clean cut and the job goes a lot quicker. Some of the vinyl flooring instructions say score and snap. You just have to be careful where your mark is and line it up carefully before cutting.

Purchased A 13″ It Shipped quickly, Received Quickly.
Assembly instructions are totally WRONG although if your mechanically inclined you can figure it out.. Took about 20min. looking at pictures of it. Got to Installing the blade 9″ Supposed to be 13″.. Had a big job the next day Sent a Email to Vevor CS. Got back to me quickly After a few Emails Tonia (very nice ) informed me the blades was being shipped from China and would take 15 days. But the good part was my job was all 7.25″ Straight cuts so the 9″ blades worked. They shipped my 2 – 13″ blades got in about 10 days. These blades are very sharp and heavy duty. I now have 2- 9″ and 2- 13″ Blades. This Lam Floor Cutter saved me a lot of time. Easy to use.. Makes nice clean cuts. Did a 190 sq ft floor with no problems blade still cutting clean. you get a sharing stone But have not needed that yet. I would recommend this cutter.

Cutter came in with manufacturing defects; The “angle guide” setting holes DID NOT align with the the pre set threaded holes machined in the “table” of this tool, EXCEPT for ONE of the four angles options. Called it in to the vendor that eventually gave me a partial refund to compensate for the MIS- manufactured problem. I accepted their offer (as way too heavy tool to return) and did re-drill the “guide bar” to match the cutting platform so can be use for the job,,,It works and Vevor did compensate me adequately for the inconvenience. So happy with this purchase after all. Wish that the “quality control department” could have avoided the inconvenience but have since bought more products from them that are meeting my needs. Thank you Vevor…..

Cuts a whole lot more accurately than my old bar-style laminate flooring cutter. Still the included knife is only sharpened on one side, so it makes slightly angled cuts from top to bottom. And to me it’s difficult to cut cleanly through vinyl planks. I wouldn’t want to try it on laminate which is thicker and more difficult to cut. In addition, I don’t like the triangular base and I don’t understand the reason for it. Whatever the reason, it’s not sturdy on the triangular base and prone to tipping. All in all it could be better, but I thought it worked reasonably well and was a good value.
