I needed a quick and easy way to add some shelving to an out of the way spot in our kitchen and this fit the bill. Installation is straightforward and simple if you are even the slightest bit handy. Note that that the actual support arms/brackets are NOT included, and the cost of them will essentially double your total cost (triple or more when you add in the wood for the shelves). I am docking a star because this isn’t entirely obvious from the listing (the installation photo ends with “attach the shelf clips” as if they are included). These brackets, arms, or “clips” as they call them are not always interchangeable between systems — you’ll want to get the “single slot vertical” kind. Most Big Box stores will have them, but it might help to bring in a support bracket to double check fit. The end result is sturdy and functional, if not exactly inexpensive.

It’s hard to rate something that just “is” rather than turning on and off or moving. The wall standards worked just fine, they didn’t fall off the walls, even when they were loaded with hundreds of pounds of wood. The slots accepted the shelf brackets without complaint. My only small issue was that there were five more holes than screws.
