I had a mix of plants on different stands and it was cluttered and made the area very busy. I got these with the hope that it would allow me to organize the plants better in the space. This ended up being exactly what happened. All of my plants fit on the stand and I have more room and a more appealing arrangement of my plants.
Speaking of building, the instructions were fairly easy to follow and all the tools and screws were included. We made it a family event when putting them together with my teenagers helping us. It was pretty easy to assemble the plant stands with using the pictures in the instruction book as our guide.

This is a really nice plant stand that was a bit of a challenge to put together, but I only had to reverse one part and I caught it in time. The instructions are for setting it up facing either direction, so it is very versatile that way. It took me about an hour to put it together by myself and I was working deliberately slow so I could get it right. You’ll want to leave all screws in their original bags – don’t take them out all at once because they are easy to mix up with the wrong screws along the way. Everything is labeled well, and I appreciate the thought that went into this unit, such as the spacing that allowed me to easily use the hex wrenches and screwdriver that came with the set. I goofed on putting the lights on and got the wires going the wrong way, so that’s on me. I used tape behind the unit to hold the wires to the back of the iron, but if you’re more deliberate than I was, you’ll get it right the first time. I wish I’d secured the wires first with the velcro straps before taping the lights in because you only get one chance with the tape. This shelf unit is solid and doesn’t wiggle around. I didn’t secure it to the wall (as is suggested) because I’m not sure this is the permanent home for the stand. I will use this to germinate some seeds indoors over winter for spring planting, plus germinating cat grass seeds for my fur baby. It is definitely a classy improvement to the bare wall we had, and I’m hoping the lights will help my poor struggling plants to perk up!

This stand is beautiful and sturdy and went together smoothly. I definitely recommend! It comes with 4 grow lights but a few shelves are very dark so I purchased more grow lights to add to the shelves.

Great addition to my plant area. It was pretty easy to put together and looks classy. The timers on the lights were easy to set up and work well. My only gripe is a lot of my plants are fairly large and don’t fit well under the lights but that’s not the products fault. There is good spacing between shelves for small to medium plants or maybe plants with shallow pots. Nice decorative but functional addition to a room.

I ordered these plant stands for my studio. I love having a green, thriving indoor “jungle” in my workspace. I have a couple of other smaller plant stands similar to this and love them! I was really excited to try these, as they’re quite a bit taller, with more plant shelves. These stands are so nice! They’re very solid and the shelves, even though they’re MDF with a wood texture, look streamlined and don’t look cheap. They were easy to assemble, but do take a while, mainly because there are so many parts to screw together. When done, though, they’re solid and look really good. I didn’t use the lights that came with them, as I have some small lights specifically for my orchids. They look like they’d be easy to attach, though, and when I plugged them in, they were reasonably bright. There are two little brackets that you can attach to the wall to make them even more stable. This would be a great feature to implement if you have toddlers or there’s a chance they’d get toppled. I want to be able to easily move these around, so I didn’t screw them to the wall. These are a great deal and great quality.
