I like the still very much. What I don’t like it was used. I was sold a used still. I’m guessing they weren’t smart enough to put it together properly. All the parts were put together but wrong. Lid was assembled with all the wrong pieces. Same with the thumper. I’m wasn’t happy to say the least. I do like the price and quality the simplicity of the still.

It’s a tough little still, 8 gallon ,I really like how it’s built, a space saver if you don’t have a lot of room to work with,it came to me a lot faster than expected,no dings bangs or damage, i was planning to also get a 15 gallon still,but however my larger lid of the still did not have a gasket/seal, so i may not be able to even use this still with out it. I also got the three year warranty,iv been looking every where online for a number to call about my gasket, can’t find a phone number for vevor, So with all that in mind,I don’t think im going to buy that 15 gallon still not being sure I’ll get all my parts, thanks Rayburn

Well once I was able to switch out my electoral to a 20 amp 220 volt power source I was able to start using this.
I will say it is so much better being able to set the temperature to to desired setting and working on things outside while it’s heating up, it’s well made and seems to be quality materials. I have been using this item for several months now and I will say it is well worth the price.
You will need to convert temperature to Celsius but it’s easy just print a chart off of google
