I got this little impact driver for small tasks in an environment that I wouldn’t use expensive tools for (very dirty and wet). I didn’t expect much torque, and let torque in my application would be a bit of an advantage to prevent stripping hose clamps and lag screws in plastic. I’m impressed with the quality for the price, and for my low-intensity use, the battery life is more than sufficient. Surprisingly to me, there is ample torque to drive 3″ deck screws, so I wouldn’t say that the torque is really lacking either. I think this would be a great tool for homeowners and woodworkers, cabinet-makers, etc. Maybe even electricians?
